    Sudo apt-get install dkms
    Sudo reboot

  3. Thank you for your time, I have wathched and used this video many times over the years, with ubuntu 14.04 – 16.04. Your detailed information has been and will continue to be very helpful to many novice LINUX users like myself! THANK YOU

  4. I didn't end up using full desktop, I decided on gnome, but as a user new to Linux VPS's you helped me a lot, no other guide said anything about the update or upgrade process.

  6. Hi There! Thanks for the tutorial, It's so useful to check some extra details for the college! I've one question. Have you ever face this scenario? once close to 50% of the ubuntu-desktop installation process the VirtualBox Machine stays in black.

  7. 15 minutes of video only to tell what you find in other textual guides on internet: sudo apt-get install ubuntu-desktop.
    I found sudo apt-get install –noinstall-recommends ubuntu-desktop
    Then reboot the virtual machine.

No need to see 15 minutes of video…
