i have a probleme when i run anaconda-navigator , there will be an erreur "XDG_RUNTIME_DIR not set, defaulting to '/tmp/runtime-root' "" and a small windows "anaconda navigator can not be run with a root previlege" , please i need a help thanks

Thanks. I downloaded .sh file with the latest Anaconda. I simply click this file from GUI and it takes hours for inloading it until my laptope does not respond. What do i do wrong?
